You might not understand this statement if you haven’t experienced it, but an infestation can change your life in many ways. The hardships of bed bugs take on many forms at different level including mental, physical, and financial distress. In our case the infestation started just after Christmas 2008 – a time when most American’s didn’t believe bed bugs were real. A few months later we would find the infestation had spread through our bedroom and our children’s.
The next day we called exterminators to find out that it would be almost two weeks before we could get treatment – and another four to six week until we’d likely be bug free. When you have bed bugs, there’s not much you can do besides lie as bait. You wake up swearing something is crawling on you, but usually it’s nothing. Generally family and friends are supportive, but distance themselves. I knew I had to do something.

THERMALSTRIKE 1-YEAR LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
Limited Warranty: ThermalStrike, LLC warrants that, under normal use, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. The limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, water damage, or modification. The foregoing limited warranty is the sole warranty provided in connection with this product and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. No oral or written information or advice given by ThermalStrike, LLC (or ANY of their respective suppliers, dealers, distributors, agents, or employees) shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this limited warranty.
The user is responsible to ensure that items placed into the unit are acceptable for heat treatment. In no event shall ThermalStrike, LLC accept any liability for any damages to you or any other person that exceed the price paid for this product, regardless of any form of the claim.
