Warehouse Closed on Thanksgiving (11/24/16 - 11/27/16), Christmas (12/23/16 - 12/26/16) & New Year's (12/30/16 - 01/02/17).

To Ensure Delivery by Wednesday, November 23rd, please place your orders before the following dates:

  • 11/17/16 Noon (Central Time) - Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii
  • 11/14/16 Noon (Central Time) - Canada

To Ensure Delivery by Saturday, December 24th, please place your orders before the following dates:

  • 12/19/16 Noon (Central Time) - Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii
  • 12/16/16 Noon (Central Time)  - Canada


  • Do I have to pay more than one shipping charge if I order more than one item?

No. Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout based on the total weight and your geographic location.

  • Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales Tax will be charged where applicable.

  • What form of payment do you accet?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. We also accept personal checks money orders and cashier's checks. All payments must be in U.S. funds.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order will be shipped usually within 1-2 days after payment has been received. For fastest service, please use your credit card or money order. FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING, ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 2:30PM CST IN ORDER TO BE RECEIVED THE NEXT DAY. ORDERS PLACED ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY WILL BE SHIPPED ON MONDAY.

  • How will I know my order has been received?

You will receive a confirmation email/letter stating the items you ordered and the total cost of your order.

  • What if an item I order is out of stock?

If an item you order is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail after we receive your order. If you would like to choose a different item, simply let us know in your reply e-mail.

Contact us via email at Customer Service advising us of  the reason for the return. Since your satisfaction is our primary goal, we will first try to remedy the issue. If we can't correct the problem to your satisfaction, we will provide you with a return authorization and special return shipping instructions via e-mail. Upon receipt of your return authorization, simply return the product to us in the condition it arrived in (and in the original packaging if possible) and we will gladly refund the product price and any applicable sales tax paid.
