CBS 58 in Milwaukee reported 58 bed bugs were found at the AMC Theatre at the city’s Mayfair Mall earlier this month. Indianapolis Hotel Inspections Unveil Major Violations

The city of Indianapolis’ Department of Code Enforcement led the largest hotel sweep in city history, inspecting about 20 hotels that had been identified as “nuisance” hotels across the city. According to WISH-TV 8, the inspectors found 20 violations in one hotel alone – the Country Hearth Inn and Suites. Denver high school students came face-to-face with bed bugs when three pests were found in a classroom on Oct. 11, according to The Denver Channel. A 4-H camp in Omaha, Nebraska, faced a major bed bug infestation last month. Several parents reported that their children came home from camp with bed bug bites and, in some cases, the actual bed bugs. Princeton University students found bed bugs living in their residential facilities, reinforcing yet again that bed bugs don’t discriminate when infesting.
